Our great desire is to promote, educate and inspire all of our members to witness their faith to those around them every day and to outreach to the lost in the world.
Upcoming Events in the Community
Bethel’s Helping Hands Mission Quilters—We meet on every other Monday at 9 am in room 242. We put Mission quilts together for Lutheran World Relief (www.lwr.org). You don’t need to know how to sew or quilt. We just need helping hands to tie the quilts. Join us for Christian Fellowship and Mission work. Next meeting is March 9th
Bethel’s Board of Community Service supports Family Promise. If you would like to donate items, Family Promise is requesting the following for their clients in transition housing: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Kleenex (any brand) Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (pods or liquid)

Still Creek is converting a portable classroom building into an efficient cabin for young adult graduates in their “LAUNCH into College & Career” Program. It will be set up like a dorm room. They had a donation of 4 twin bed frames and mattresses and will need the following items to go with them. 4 pillows, 4 pillowcases, 4 twin fitted and flat sheets, and 4 twin top blanket comforters. Help us take care of this need for them.

This is an organization of churches which helps families who are temporarily homeless. Churches band together to provide overnight lodging, meals, and assistance with finding jobs.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that works in partnership with God and people of all walks of life to improve the quality of life in our community.
Hope Pregnancy Centers of Bryan and College Station provide counseling and assistance to hundreds of married and unmarried women and girls who experience crisis pregnancies.
This is a child advocacy center that provides a supportive and nurturing environment for a child victim of abuse or witness to violence to allow interaction with the necessary agencies.
Still Creek Ranch provides a loving, structured home for boys and girls who are victims of rejection, abuse, abandonment or broken homes.
Twin City Mission helps people through:
The Bridge, Phoebe’s Home, and Star Program.
The Brazos Church Pantry is a joint endeavor by more than 30 churches in the Bryan/College Station area to provide emergency food supplies to those who are temporarily out of work or living below the poverty level.
This is a God-centered, post-secondary vocational program that provides a place of belonging, meaningful work and lifelong learning for adults with disabilities.
