Music Ministries

There are many ways to get involved in Bethel’s Music Ministry – singing, ringing, playing – they all give glory to God and raise our spirits in worship.  Please think about participating in one of these groups:

ADULT CHOIR will be back in full swing!  If you enjoy singing, we invite you (High school to senior adult) to join the Choir and help us worship the Lord through song on Sundays and festival services!  Rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 7-8 PM in the choir room.  For more information, please contact our Director of Parish Music, Tetsuya Sugita, @ 979-822-2742 (church) or email tsugita@blcbcs.org  Childcare is available upon request.

HANDBELL CHOIR is held Thursday evenings from 6-7 PM in the sanctuary choir loft.  The spots are limited. If you are interested, please be sure to contact our Director of Parish Music now. 979-822-2742 (church) or email tsugita@blcbcs.org  Childcare is available upon request.

YOUTH PRAISE TEAM (Grade 7 to 12):  If you love to sing and praise, please join us on Wednesday from 6PM to 6:30PM in the choir room.  No music experience is needed.  Please sign up in advance (https://forms.office.com/r/qa4PsT51pu) and visit with our Director of Parish Music.

SPECIAL MUSIC:  If you are interested in sharing your musical gift to praise the Lord, please contact our Director of Parish Music.  You can provide music for worship and special occasions such as Advent by Candlelight, Live Nativity, Preschool events, etc.  An audition is required.

PRAISE TEAM: We are looking for more musicians for our Praise Team!  If you like to sing or play the instruments like keyboard, guitar, bass guitar, or drums, please contact our Director of Parish Music, Tetsuya Sugita (tsugita@blcbcs.org).  An audition is required.
