Ruthann Stroud has worked for Bethel as Church Secretary since December 1, 2001. She has a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Missouri. She has served at Faith LCMS, Hialeah, FL and First Presbyterian, Bryan, TX as church secretary. She is married to Rev. Dr. K. Lynn Stroud. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.
