DESCRIPTION:Bethel’s Progressive Dinner  \nSaturday\, October 19th \nWhat is a progressive dinner party? \nIt’s a dinner party with multiple courses eaten in different locations.  So\, for Bethel’s Progressive Dinner we will meet in homes for the Appetizers from 4:30-5:45pm.  Then everyone will meet at Bethel’s Parish Hall from 6:00-7:00pm for the catered meal for a free will donation.   After the meal we will be off again to a host home for desserts. \nHow do I sign up? \nPlease add your name to the sign up sheet in the narthex.  Answering all the questions on the sheet. \nWhat do I need to bring? \nIf you are a host\, you will be responsible for providing beverages\, plates and utensils for guests at your home.  Attendees are asked to bring either an appetizer or dessert. \nSign up today on the bulletin board to be a Host to guests or to attend the Progressive Dinner on Saturday\, October 19 th. This is a free will donation event and a great opportunity for fellowship! \n

DESCRIPTION:Trunk or Treat \nSunday\, October 27th from 5-7pm \nBethel Lutheran Church and Preschool Parking Lot \nThe Board of Witness and Outreach is very excited to be hosting our 5th annual Trunk or Treat event! This is a great opportunity for our church community to connect\, not only with our Preschool families\, but first responders’ families\, & our 1 John 3 Ministry families in a fun and family-friendly occasion. What a great opportunity to serve even more people in our community! \nOur goal is to provide an event where kids can dress up\, play games\, and participate in a Trick or Treating activity in the safety of our campus. We will have carnival games\, bounce house\, food\, photo-ops and fellowship time for families of our church and community to visit and get to know each other better. Please prayerfully consider being a part of the fun! There are many ways that everyone can support this event! \nVolunteers Needed:: \n\nHost a Trunk-sign up in the Narthex!\nBake cookies\, cupcakes\, brownies and small loves of sweet breads for the cake walk.  Please bring to the Parish Hall by 5pm on the day of the event\n\n\n\n\n
